Mohamed Salman Mohamed Haniff

Mohamed Salman is a PhD student in the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Auckland. He graduated with an MEng in Petroleum Engineering and an MSc in Renewable Energy Engineering from Heriot-Watt University.

Currently, he is working on marine energy, focusing on wave energy harvesting and tidal energy for shellfish aquaculture, and his areas of research interest include active and passive marine energy technologies, renewable energy, and triboelectric nanogenerators.
