The Executive Committee is the main decision body for ICOE, chaired by the host organization (BECRC) with the participation of the OES chairman, the two previous organizers and international experts. The Executive Committee is in charge of delivering an attractive technical programme ensuring the continuity of ICOE identity. For this purpose, it is supported by the International Advisory Committee.
