Joe Harber leads the wind investment team for the Australian Federal Government’s $30billion green bank – the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC).

Since joining the CEFC renewables investment team in 2017, Mr Harber has invested (debt and equity) in renewable generation assets across Australian with a generation capacity in excess of 3GW.

Mr Harber’s role includes origination and execution of investments in large scale generation assets in addition to playing an industry facilitation / advocacy role. Prior to joining the CEFC, Mr Harber worked as a management consultant, financial advisor, investment banker and infrastructure equity investor.

In addition to nearly 2 0 years in the Australian financial services and investment industry, Mr Harber holds professional accreditation in the form of an executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Technology Sydney and is a member of Certified Practicing Accountants, Australia.
